I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Meagan Howard, MS, LPC-S, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. For more than 5 years, I have worked with military service members, first responders, veterans, and their family members.

My goal is to support clients facing challenges such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, vocational issues, relationship dynamics, family concerns, and self-esteem issues. I employ a variety of counseling interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help promote effective coping strategies and emotional regulation.
